Pili, These are all great repurposes of old tires!!
Yes, there is a lot of people with a great creative mind!
Pili what an eye-opening collection. Many of these ideas would not have crossed my mind at all. The Christmas decoration is brilliant and big enough to display outside where everyone can see it. And the magazine rack is so surprising but so adorable.
When I first saw those ornaments it blew my mind, they are amazing! I wish I had a big house with a big garage to store them later.
These are all great ways to repurpose old tires. I really love the chairs, and the matching foot stools. Those are so cool. I also LOVE the pond, I want a pond so bad. But the last one I had kept getting algae growth, and I just don’t have the time right now to work on one. But someday I want another.
Thanks Linda. I have a friend who has a pond and she had the same problem. I guess it needed some some filtering
Oh my goodness Pili, these are all such fantastic ideas, lots of inspiration! I love the planter you made and the twine wrapped planter is also fabulous, so are the swings and the magazine rack…. oh I can’t decide! Lot’s of unique stuff!
I know, there are different options for different styles. Anyway, I hope less tires end up in the landfill
Oh yay, I love this Pili. A few years ago we helped someone do up a play ground and I tried so hard to find ways to re-purpose tyres but only came up with a few ideas.I wish I’d seen some of these, it would have made our lives so much easier. Perhaps we can go back and do an update on the play ground. There are some brilliant ideas here. I especially love the minion planter. Oh my the kids would love that.
So cool that you used old tires for a playground. There are more amazing ideas, maybe one day I will do another round up to show them. The Minion was a hit in the neighborhood lol.
These are amazing!!
It’s incredible how creative some people are—including you Pili!

Thanks so much Jodie!!
What an interesting collection of repurposing ideas Pili! In my school we used tires to make swings, tire relay and flower beds 🙂
I guess they like seeing them repurposed that way. Do they help repurposing them?
I love all of these ideas! They are so much fun. The coffee table, well, and magazine holders are awesome.
I agree, if only I could find a free big glass to use as a table top!
I liked the well planter. It is so bright and cheery. Are there directions available? I have a plethora of old tires, I collected them for a while to turn into raised gardens, then learned that they can leach things into the ground that we shouldn’t eat…so I have them still…I like a number of the ideas, likely, I have enough tires to make them all, but the time…now that will be a challenge. 😉 Blessings!
Hi Chrissie!
My daughters love the well too and we are collecting more tires to make one. Unfortunately there are no instruccions for that well but I guess that making a search in Google or Pinterest will show some interesting results. I read about the harsh chemicals they may have, who would have guessed! I am glad to hear you like some of the ideas, and would love to see what you make with your tires.
Hugs,
Pili
